Meet Chizzy Igbokwe, the creative powerhouse behind Telesolv Consulting’s communications. She serves as our Director of Corporate Communications,  where she leverages over 16 years of experience and expertise to lead content strategies, create compelling messaging, engage our internal audience, and enhance our employer branding initiatives.  She expertly crafts narratives that bridge the gap between executives and employees, fostering a culture of openness and inclusivity. Her work doesn’t just communicate; it connects. 

Chizzy has a robust background that includes  leading high level communications campaigns and working alongside C-Suite executives. Her leadership is marked by a keen ability to weave strategic vision into every communication touchpoint, from riveting executive speeches to engaging social media posts.  As a content strategist and editor, she helps Telesolv create campaigns that begin with the end goal in mind.  This ensures that every image, every word, every sentence is aligned with a specific business objective.

In the past, Chizzy has created and facilitated professional development workshops and  trainings for teams at several high-profile organizations such as Proctor and Gamble (Toronto,Canada), the US Embassy in Prague, NYU Wagner, Henry Street Settlement (NYC). The Factory (Berlin, Germany).  She has also worked as a trusted advisor and strategic communications consultant for executives and senior leaders at Bank of New York Mellon, LEAD Program at UPenn’s Wharton School of Business, Boeing’s Employee Credit Union, among others.

Chizzy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.  She also earned her Master’s Degree in Global Communications from the American University of Paris. Her hobbies include a love for travel and exploring the world, being a foodie, playing sports (swimming, basketball, and tennis), and nerding out on personal development podcasts.  One of her life mantras is “Do small things, with GREAT love.”
