James Harris
James W. Harris has been with TeleSolv Consulting for nearly four years, initially as a contractor on major government projects and now as a Business Support Specialist (BSS) in the corporate back-office. In his current role, James handles various responsibilities including IT support, inventory control, and operations support to ensure all employees, both local and remote, have what they need to excel.
Before joining TeleSolv, James spent over seven years at Comcast (Xfinity) in Maryland, excelling as an IT Technical Support Specialist and Customer Service Representative. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Journalism) from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Arts in Public Communication from American University. Certified in A+, Network+, and as a CMMI/ISO Internal Auditor, James is known for his strong work ethic and professional competence, earning numerous awards throughout his career.
Outside of work, James enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new cultures, and indulging his passion for sports including soccer, American football, volleyball, basketball, and ice hockey. He also contributes occasional commentaries to media outlets focusing on issues in his native Liberia, and has a diverse taste in music, particularly enjoying Afrobeats along with other genres like Hip Hop, R&B, and Country.
