Currently serving as the Director of Operations at TeleSolv for the past year, Patricia demonstrates a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on management skills. She brings over a decade of experience in leadership roles, with a solid background in operations management and government contracting.
 
With over 15 years of experience in managing people, Patricia excels in fostering team collaboration and achieving organizational objectives. Her expertise extends to government contracting, particularly in the realm of Department of Homeland Security policies and procedures, where she has dedicated 12 years to navigating complex contractual environments.
 
As an ISO Certified 9001:2015 professional, Patricia boasts approximately 25 years of experience in Quality Management, ensuring rigorous standards are met and exceeded across all operational domains. Her proficiency also extends to bid proposal writing and review processes.
 
Beyond her professional achievements, Patricia holds an MBA in Strategy and Management, providing her with a strong foundation in organizational leadership and business acumen.
 
Outside of her professional endeavors, Patricia cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. Married for 34 years, she is a devoted wife and mother of two sons, finding joy and fulfillment in the bonds of family life.
