Rachael Mejia, MHA, is a healthcare administration professional, strategic advisor, and senior consultant with more than 25 years of experience leading organizational transformation, strategic planning, operational improvement, workforce optimization, program management, and executive-level initiatives across complex public and private sector environments. She serves as Healthcare Practice Lead for TeleSolv Consulting, where she leads the firm's healthcare market strategy, healthcare service-line development, thought leadership initiatives, and healthcare growth efforts.

Rachael specializes in helping healthcare organizations improve operational performance, strengthen governance, enhance executive visibility, and successfully execute strategic priorities. Her experience spans healthcare strategy, organizational effectiveness, program and project management, performance management, workforce planning, business process improvement, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Throughout her career, Rachael has partnered with senior leaders to address complex organizational challenges, drive transformation initiatives, improve workforce effectiveness, develop governance structures, and implement measurable performance-improvement strategies. She has successfully led business process reengineering efforts, developed executive dashboards and performance metrics, facilitated strategic planning initiatives, coordinated large-scale organizational events, and advised leadership teams on organizational maturity and operational effectiveness.
